GO and Work

Hello EVERYONE!!

How was every one's week? I hope it was better than mine. hahaha As we all know amongst the great weeks there is always a rough week. This week was it. . . The area is a ghost town right now, because everyone has moved out of their places and no one has moved in yet, We know this week with improve because this is the week that all the students are moving in and getting ready for school to start again in one week. We CAN'T WAIT!!!! So many potentials and all the students that Heavenly Father are preparing for us to teach are coming!! haha Need I say that I am counting down for the day! I am so over this summer break!

We had Zone Conference this past week. I love meetings and conferences- I learn so much by what is taught and what the Spirit teaches! I love it so much because then we get to come back to our area's and apply what we learn!  This time our focus is more teaching by the Spirit and focusing all our attention and Love on the investigators- it was rough to apply this because we didn't teach a lot this week. Lots of our peeps went out of town or back home before school starts. You gotta love missionary life! Due to that, we got to apply everything we learned with our companionship and with the members! We have felt a change in our companionship and relationships with the ward members! So awesome!
Yesterday Anthony was confirmed a member of the Church! That was a big highlight of the week! Also Yesterday, bishop had all the recent converts with the missionaries over for dinner. After we all ate we had a lesson that he gave. Really good! The food was delicious! So much better than food we would have made ourselves. We had one investigator there with us. The rest were recent converts that we had taught. I learned there that my R.C. Kent is going back home in September to be with his family before he goes on his mission- so cool! Anyways he will also be baptising his dad when he gets home. It is so awesome to see that the hard work that a missionary puts into teaching someone can be extended to their family. The Spirit works in incredible ways. I am grateful to be the Lord's servant and working in his vineyard. That not only am I helping change the lives of these college students, but I am helping their family now and their family in the Future! I LOVE THIS WORK!

Last week, after I emailed you all, we went to lunch and while we were eating it started to POUR! It rained so hard! We got done eating and it was still raining. . hard! We were about to step into the rain to get into our car and some little old Chinese lady sticks her head outside the door to the nail salon. She started pointing and yelling at the ground. . ."Wallet!! Wallet!." We were like "what?" I turned to look at what she was pointing at, As I bent over to look and see what it was the lady's hand met my face!! hahah I got hit in the face by and small Chinese lady! too Funny, We could not stop laughing! It turned out that A guy had gotten out of his car and something fell on the ground. We saw it, so I told my greenie to go and pick it up. How nice am I!? lol She did- ( If that is not Unity, I don't know what it!! lol) It was his phone. We gave it to the people who were still in the car. But my whole reason for telling you this story was that I got hit in the face. lol That was probably the most funnest thing that happened all week. Pretty dead right.

I love you all so much! I Pray for you all every night! Thank you for your love and support!

XOXOXOX
