The Week of Easter

My dear Family! of whom I love so MUCH

I have so much to be grateful for!! The Lord is really blessing Sister Christensen and I in this work! I could not being doing this work without the Lord! I read this morning in my personal study John 15:5 the end touched me " . . .for without me ye can do nothing" I testify to you that this is true! In everything that we are doing in life we can do nothing without our Savior!

This past week was one of growing and love! With never ending prayer. But look now we are on the second week! So insane!

We did a lot of door knocking this week. We have lost a couple of investigators, One that even had a baptism date dropped us :-/ and wont meet with us. It is all in the Lords hands. There has been a lot of changes with us. Our zone has one too many cars, so they have to pull a car out. Now that we no longer share a car with anyone, we have sacrificed our car. We are the first sisters to go FULL BIKE!!!!! yikes! I know that the Lord will bless us with good members to take us to and from church and other activities. With going FULL BIKE that also meant that we got placed in a new district. I have a new district leader who is a very hard worker and cares for us and our investigators!
So part of this week has been getting used to the idea that we will be using nothing but our bikes!

Friday after dinner with a member we were biking to go knock on more doors. We stop and talk to people that we see walking. We see a guy walking so of course we stop and talk to him. We gave him a pass-a-long card and he looks at it and says "Hey I have been looking for this church!" We were  shocked! Seriously! We have been praying so hard for the Lord to guide us in finding that one person that day that he has prepared. and sure enough here he was! He is from Mississippi and was living with an LDS family, he moved here to go to school, and is currently reading the Book of Mormon! He is a pretty busy person, as all the students are this week because it is finals, but he is free EVERY SUNDAY! yay EVEN BETTER!!! That was our miracle this week!

Easter Sunday was awesome! The day was so good. Bishop and his wife invited us over for dinner. We were surprised we even got a call for Easter dinner somewhere. Thank goodness we still had a car to get there. They asked the Elders to dinner first and they already had a place so they called us! YAY that was a blessing because we had no food! haha (going shopping today though).

I am not sure what else I can tell you all. I am happy to be serving. I am growing and stretching in ways that I thought I never could!
I love  you all much and pray for you often, especially to have missionary experiences to help the missionaries in  your area teach the gospel to those you find!

Pray for me
