HELLO FAMILY!

Wasn't General Conference AWESOME!!! I hope you all loved it as much as I did. The one talk that I wanted to paraphrase was given by Elder David F. Evans. He talked about writing the missionaries. "The letter's the missionaries get from you are blessings. They need them. And a quick email is not a letter." LOVE IT!!! Just a thought. . Ha-ha General Conference was different for me this time. President Hall asked us to do something that will help us learn better. From each talk I wrote down the Doctrine, Principles and Application. That is our focus to help us be better teachers. I LEARNED so much from what was taught by our Prophets, Seers and Revelators. I wish I could share it all with you.

As for the week. AMAZING!!! Cool Story. We have been looking- hunting down a gator- TJ. The other day we were driving home and we saw him riding his bike. We turned around and got his attention, pulled over and talked with him. Tender Mercy! We set up a time to see him before conference started Sunday. We knew that he was staying at his cousin’s house. And we thought we knew where that was. Come Sunday morning, we didn't know where that us but we had an idea. For 30 Min we knocked on every door looking for TJ. None of the houses were right. We were walking back to the church. I pleaded with Heavenly Father "Please help us find TJ." THEN. . OUT OF NO WHERE. . A few feet in front of us we see someone walking. I KNEW! With a doubt that it was TJ. We couldn't see his face; we couldn't really tell who it was. "Sister Lima, that's him!" We picked up our pace. He was blocked by a tree in front of a house. I called out his name and sure enough it was him. . That would have been embarrassing if it wasn't but with confidence that is why I called out. MIRACLE and an instant answer to prayer. We found out that he lived on a whole different street. Hahahaha. SO COOL!!!

Cecil and Rose went to all of conference and LOVED it! They are so reading for Baptism THIS Saturday! We still can't believe that they are getting baptized! But they are excited.
We are teaching a Stephen King! Hahahaha he is nice and safe! He is incredible and commits himself to read and pray. Every missionaries dream. He is golden!! We learned this weekend that he is REALLY good friends with Brother Durr. Instant fellowship now we just need to get Brother Durr to church. We saw Brother Durr again this weekend. I meet his son and more of the Durr cousin's and I did learn that they are white Durr's that he is related to. This past weekend was his dad funeral. I wish I had known about it I would have gone. Because Bro Durr said that there were white people there. All four of us missionaries hope to get him active and the rest of his family baptized :-)
We are teaching a sweet girl, Kathryn- she is set to be baptized on April 14. She came to conference and cried during the song Come thou Fount. I saw Laura singing Saturday afternoon, which was awesome!! We are still working with Robert on getting a divorce so he and Diana can get married and then baptized! We are seeing so many miracles here in Daytona! We praise our Heavenly Father- giving Him all the glory for all that we are seeing here.

This church is true. And when you follow the doctrines and principles of this Gospel we will be blessed and we will experience true happiness! God loves us all and wants us to be happy! I know that Jesus Christ lives. Easter is a great time to reflect on the love He has for us and the Atonement that was performed for us all, so that we can return to Him and live FOREVER as a family!

I look forward to hearing from you all!!
